One person reads this inbox. The most useful emails are the short ones with a specific number in them.
What gets a fast reply
- A wrong number. Include the item, the rate you entered, the value the calculator gave you, and the value you expected. If you can say where the expected value comes from (in-game, or another source), that settles it in one round.
- A game patch broke something. Include the patch version and which recipe changed. The data pipeline regenerates from the game's prototypes, so this is usually a one-line fix.
- A calculator you want. Name the game and the specific calculation — "a Persona 5 fusion calculator" is useful; "more games" is not.
- An ad that makes the page unusable. A screenshot helps. We do not control which ads appear, but we can block a specific advertiser if it is bad enough.
What we cannot help with
- Game technical support — we are not the developer.
- Account, purchase or refund issues in any game.
- Requests to remove game data. The numbers on this site come from the games themselves and describe their mechanics; they are not copied creative content.
Response time
Usually within a few days. There is no support team — corrections that save other people from a wasted factory tend to get answered first.
